A Survivor's Toolkit

It is not your fault.

You are not dirty.

You are loved.

It's OK to talk about it.

It was real.

You deserve to be comfortable and safe.

You deserve to feel good.

Your feelings are valid.

It's okay to cry.

The things that happen to you, and the things that people say afterward, do not define you.
